News today, mentioned over dim sum, that Google is aping Paypal with a new service called Gbuy, prompted a flurry of jokes that reduced the whole table to hysterics. As Ginnie pointed out, they obviously didn’t have any Hokkien-speaking Chinese people working on the branding team.
